It is a shame, some kids nowadays don't learn to tie, because of the Velcro revolution!!
I knew one girl who was 9 & still could not tie a bow.
Ridiculous!

Well I was at least 3 and 1/2. Most people though, on average, learn to tie their shoes at the age of 5.

My 10 year old still uses the "bunny ears" method. Says when he gets to high school his gf can teach him if its a problem for her.
