I have one more pill left to take tomorrow for the sugar (no hormone) portion of my birth control, but lost that pack. Can I just start up using the regular pills again on the next pack with the hormones? (I use Yaz)

you don't even have to take the sugar pills, those are just there to help remind you to take the pill. You can definately skip it & continue with your regular pill.

the sugar pills are just to keep you in a routine of taking the pills. you can start you new pack as long as you start the hormones on the correct day.
