No you're not the only one
I didn't and don't believe it though and I'm Catholic (although lapsing at an almighty rate..)
Sex isn't a gift God can give - its a reproductive essentiality
But what you are doing certainly isn't wrong and isn't anything to be ashamed of. Of course neither is pre-marital sex
But don't do it 15! Wait three years then decide

Well ... I used to think like that when I was 15 but things happen and I fell in love at 19. My boyfriend and I are in love so I know that I didn't make a mistake. I did wait for the right time and the right person though. I think that thinking the way I did back in high school kept me away from jerks who only want to have sex. It also kept me away from getting pregnant as a teen. So ... Good for you!! =)

I'm with you!!
and we are not alone!
my cousin thinks the same too and she's 21
I'm 17 and a catholic as well and i think that sex is something too personal to share with someone that you would not share the rest of your life with
the majority of my friends think the same way and the ones that don't never criticize us for waiting which is why so many
teens are having sex, peer pressure, well, that's just one of the reasons but the strongest on my opinion
Let's keep waiting, you know we can do it!

i'm 17, and waiting till i find the right guy, and i'm completely ready. I want to be in love when it happens, but it does seem like everyone else is having sex. I feel left out sometimes, but i don't let it get me down, because i know it will be more special if i wait.

Your peers should be using condoms.
When I was your age I was active but I was also taught that you have to use a condom. Kids have been having sex since people were chimps, now that we are not chimps we are intelligent enough to use a contraceptive to prevent the spread of STDs and impregnation, people should be using it.
As to the moral crap, I am an Ex-Catholic and find many things wrong with the Catholic Church. The good it does is heavily out weighed by the bad it does. OTHER RELIGIONS ARE NOT ANY BETTER EITHER.

Be yourself. Sex is absolutely nothing to brag about and those who say it is are lying to themselves and they know it!
Sex needs to be with somone you care about. How can you care about a person you just met two weeks ago or hell even yesterday?!
If you have sex this early you're going to most likely waste your time doing it and loose valuable studying hours. Just stay in school and don't have sex.
BTW I'm Catholic too and people think I'm extremely weird for having morals. Good grief.

I felt the same way you do when I was younger. Then I had urges and I acted upon them. I respect kids like you and I believe that people like you are hard to come by! The person you're saving yourself for will see you as a self-respecting and caring person. And I commend you for that!

I'm ten years older than you, and married with one son. Believe me it was worth the wait. All of our friends are going relationship to relationship, or getting divorced. They are always envious of our seven year marriage. We waited until we knew this was the person God made for us. It's nice to hear from teens with morals. I respect each of you, more than most adults.

yes, i agree with you.
i was also raised Catholic and sex is a precious gift/act and should be saved for marriage for the one you intend to spend the rest of you life with.
Although, i ruined it for myself and made a mistake, which i regret so much...
True Love Waits.
