What Long Term Single Parent (of Two Disabled Children) has NOT burnt the Candle at BOTH ends???? (Yes, this is what I was -- and it was definitely true).
Now .. as an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree -- with NO MORE people than me in MY HOME -- it is much easier for me to get a good night's sleep!

sure, I do most of the time, and that's extremely bodily taxing. I artwork nights, sleep little or no because of the fact of errands I could do for myself in the process the day, plus I could prepare and eat foodstuff for myself, too. many times, I sleep 3-5 hours an afternoon, that's terrible.

I suppose it happens....but rarely. I think I am far more guilty of burning the midnight oil....as most people probably know by now! lol
