Portrayal of Vietnamese women in film during the Vietnam war?

I'm trying to help a friend with some information and/or sources about this topic, either that or crimes commited against the vietnamese women during that time as well. Websites or any information you know would be appreciated.

They were treated like servants mostly. And prostitutes. They were raped in villages sometimes. They were watched as closely as the men because they could also be VietCong. Both the Vietmien and the Vietcong looked alike. There was not much to differentiate them. Even children.
