Go ahead. One Big Mac in a week is not going to kill you.

Go ahead and get one, but eat it slowly! Oddly enough, last night I craved McDonalds for the first time since I have been pregnant and I went for it. I don't know if it was the fries or the burger (i got a quarter pounder with cheese) but it didn't taste as good as i thought it would, and then in the middle of the night it all came back up. Maybe my baby is gonna be a McDonalds snob?
Eat what you crave. Chances are, you won't crave it again for a while because the wierd ones, at least for me, aren't long lasting.

It is impossible to completely ignore foods that are bad for you and in the long run is only more likely to make you overdo it when you do spulge (and you more than likely will). A burger every once in a while won't hurt you, plus while pregnant you need a little more cholesterol and fat, so it may even help. It will also have the protein you need. Go ahead and enjoy one every so often, it isn't gonna hurt you and the baby as long as you are eating a properly healthy diet otherwise. It isn't good to gain to much wait. So eat up, enjoy, and congrats.

enjoy your pregnancy and just give in. It's not like you will be eatting them all day everyday. It will drive you crazy if you don't. I eat really good all week and then allow myself a treat (maybe a big mac or something sweet) on the weekends. Also I am very active so I don't mind cheating every once in a while. Enjoy and don't forget to super size!

I say go for it. If you don't indulge regularly on junk food, it won't hurt one time. Sometimes I crave a quarter pounder with cheese or a cheeseburger. I just go for it and have only gained 10 lbs. in 22 weeks. Not too bad, I say.

Eat the Big Mac, let me caution you though, when I was pregnant I wanted a Big Mac and it didn't sit well with my little guy. It came right back up, and it was bad. So do a small portion at first.

GO ahead! Of course you could always order a McChicken, get extra lettuce, tomato, etc, cheese, then put mac sauce on it, I figure that the chicken has less fat than the breasy burger part.

Take a 3 ounce serving of good quality steak. Marinade it in bbq sauce or whatever you prefer for an hour or two. Grill or broil it. Toast whole wheat bread, add fresh toppings, and enjoy. Forget the MCD garbage. I suggest this substitute because you're on the fence, I really don't care who chooses to eat that crap.

def. if you put off a craving, you'll binge later. you'll keep eating stuff to satisfy your craving and it'll be worse. have your big mac but make sure to eat balanced meals throughout the week. and dont make it a habit.
