Yes, and the news continues to get worse with more people dead and injured. There was also an item on TV news this afternoon about a man in Washington, D.C., who was just sitting in his house and a stray bullet came through his window. It seems to me the answer to all these atrocities is to get guns off the streets and out of people's hands.

I live in Australia and we are not allowed to own guns at all.. no not even in our purses!! I think if you have to have a permit or license to own one, not too sure what the criteria is though.
I'm all for gun-control.. since we had the law introduced gun related crimes have gone down. I was really sad to hear about the latest massacre shooting in the USA, it shouldnt have to happen.

** Anyone in Australia wishing to buy, own, or use a firearm must have a Firearms Licence and be over the age of 18, although there are exceptions

i heard in australia they allowed the citizens to carry guns in their purses or wherever, and the robbery rate went down a bunch. along with a lot of the other crimes.

what kind of robber would rob an armed person?? i guess yea i'm for it, if only there was a way to keep guns away from the kids. that is my only problem with guns. that and killing ppl

I think that if someone had a gun they would have shot him but that would include the right people their at the right time. We all know that those people were there at the wrong time.
