Yes, from Wendy's, cause they're delicious, always hot and juicy. There's also a place called Fatburger which I've yet to try but judging by the name it seems like they might serve some excellent burgers.
Edit: Since you're in NY: New York magazine came out with a list of the best restaurants in the city. There is a section of places that sell the best hamburgers. You should definitely check it out: http://nymag.com/bestofny/food/2007/28755/

I love the hamburgers from In 'n Out burger, they are the best! I will only eat hamburgers from there because I don't really like them anywhere else. At In 'n Out all of their food is fresh daily. There is something about having really fresh food that tastes so good! Other than that, if I am craving a hamburger, I'll usually make it myself at home on the grill.

Yes, My dad makes the best hamburgers!
He buys the 88% lean meat and cooks it on the grill on our deck. He makes it well done, a little black on the outside but yet soft and perfect in the middle. He toasts the buns (which have seasame seeds on the top) as well. The burger will have lots of ketchup (with extra on the side to dip) and purple onions. One thin slice of tomatoe will also be put on it along with a thick, crunchy, peice of lettuce. I'll eat it with corn on the cob (from a local farm stand.)
The best summer meal everâ¥

best chain burger ever is probably IN'n'Out Burger, because of the high quality standards, they only use fresh beef, buns and produce. They don't Cook it until you have ordered it. And the fries are made from fresh potatos. (P.S. if you are bold try animal style, if you are vegitarian they have a vegitarian version, but with no patty)
The best nationwide chain probably is Jack in the Box, but they are not completely nationwide. The slogan they won't make it til you order it is great. Personally I get the ultimate cheeseburger on sourdough bread minus mustard and add lettuce and tomato.
For the record I will not eat at McDonalds.

If you want to eat a healthy real hamburger you are better off eating organic hamburgers becasuse organicly raised cows are not fed meat and you are less likely to end up with different sicknesses form different animals. Best tasting hamburgers are from the midwest.

In-N-Out Burgers!!! If you're a from southern California or plan to visit, you must go there. They have the tastiest burgers ever, the lines are nuts. It tastes fresh and the fries are terrific. But, I don't they'd be considered health food, but they're the best I've ever had.

I love Turkey Burgers (they are great alternative to beef or buffalo burgers) They have less fat and cholesterol than their counterparts also. Plus, they taste phenomenol.
There is a chain in the Northeast called "Flamers" (really =)
And they make a mushroom swiss burger. I usually get it with a turkey patty.

Try a Turkey Burger or Garden Burger. Add fixings just like a cowburger, you'll be pleasingly surprised!
