Definition of Astral projection
In occult terminology, the partial or complete separation of the astral body from the physical body, and visiting another locality, near or far. This occurs in sleep - though, as a general rule, one does not recall the experience on waking. The adept can command his astral body to go any place he desires in order to make observations and investigations, and acquire essential information. Some dreams are the result of such travel episodes.

ok, meditate how im about to tell u. lay in your bed, close your eyes, focus on your breathing, dont think, and stay awake. relax too. dont move at all. eventually you will feel a tingling feeling on your arms and/or legs. at that point, just consentrate half and half on your chest and your breathing. soon your chest will be tingling too. then just feel your whole body. just feel the tingling. take control of it. wait until you cant move, but dont try to move. then think about how nice it would be to just float out of your bed and hover above it, then land on the floor. dont freak out when it happens. if you are astrally blind then just walk out of your room and your vision will be back. you might see a silver cord attaching your astral and physical heads, it keeps you alive, nothing can break it so dont worry. then just visualize any time place or parallel universe and you'll go there. poof!! hope this helps. : )
