Eliminate one of the variables to get two equations in two unknowns. For example:

Add 4 times the first equation to the second equation to get one equation in x and y.

Add (-2) times the third equation to the second equation to get another equation in x and y.

You will find that the solution is x = 3, y = -2, z = 1
