I can't tell if the pain is coming from my lower abdomen or farther below, but right behind the penis I am gettng sharp pains when I approach orgasm. I had a vasectomy about 6 months ago, but have been fine until the past few weeks. II have also been cycling in spinning classes quite a bit lately, but I have always biked with now prior problems. I am an athletic and healthy 37 year old male. I can't find anything similar to this online. Any thoughts outside of "see a doctor"?

This likely has nothing to do with your vasectomy. You may have pulled a tendon down there. It is easy to do that sort of thing when cycling.
