which one is better? 7350 LE Geforce or 7300 GT Geforce?

i have a 7350 LE Gefore right now, but with only 128 M, i saw a deal with 139.99 for 7300 GT Gefore with 512 M, is the 7300 GT better than what i have?

Is the 8000 series better than the 7600 GT even with a lower memory?

7300GT is better especially if it has ddr3 memory.

8600GT is slightly better than 7600GT. BUT consider the better ATI HD 2600XT.
