Looking at the denominator
(3x + -2) + (2 + -3x)
= 3x - 2 + 2 - 3x
= 0

which means the answer is infinity.

You first want to simplify your denominator.

(3x+-2)+(2+-3x)
(3x-2) + (2-3x)

Distribute your plus sign between the two problems.
3x-2+2-3x

Everything cancels each other out, leaving the denominator as 0. The problem is undefined because it is impossible to divide by zero.

Hope this helps!
