Sounds like he doesn't even love his self if he is having unprotected sex !!! Bad enough he is willing to take a chance with his health but to drag his poor wife down with him is wrong in so many ways. I mean he had a choice ,she's just trusting him to be faithful -- Silly girl !!!

Maybe this hypothetical man loves his wife. But he doesn't respect her and has less concern for her health and feelings than for his own sexual gratification. He has some serious sucking up to do. And even then I'm not sure if I would forgive him for something like this. If I was the wife, I'd be ready to put and ex in front of my title.

Depends what you mean by love, and who decides if he loves her. In some twisted recess of his brain, he may think he loves her, and is just having a meaningless fling, but in the true definition of self-sacrificing love of marriage, then NO, he is not really loving her. He is also using another person in the process. It's not just the sex act itself that shows his lack of true love for his wife, but the thoughts and attitudes that go with it.

Unfortunately...yes. I know it sounds awful but many many people love their partner and still put themselves first and do many selfish, unthoughtful things to them. It's horrible but true. It also depends on the individual. Only that person can tell you whether or not he loves his wife. From the outside I can only tell you that a man who does that to his wife is a PIG and has no respect for himself, her, or their marriage.

If he loves you, he will be having sex with you, not with someone else.
Usually, when a man wants to cheat, he don't cheat in his house on his marital bed. Your man has absolutely no (more) respect for you. If he doesn't respect you, how could he love you??
Time to count your costs & ship out.

In marital love there has to be fidelity AND respect...he showed neither by cheating with another woman, and cheating in the marital bed with her..the unprotected sex makes it doubly so........how skanky can anyone get-and I do include the woman he cheated with.....

Yes. Being in love and being in lust are two different things.. But you should probably protect your wife. That's a small concession to grant her, especially if she's so willing to to have an open marriage with you.

I would say no. If it's something you both agree he can do then that's one thing, but if he doesn't use a condom, he's putting his wife's health in danger.
