Does anyone know how to restore memory on their computer?

When I go on certain sites a messages pops up and says out of memory,is there a program I can use to restore memory?

If PC has 512Mb or less RAM, add more RAM. If PC has 1Gb RAM, disable unnecessary startups. Click Start, click run, type msconfig, ok. Select Startup tab, unclick unnecessary ones. Apply, ok, PC will restart.

problematic registry . you may need a registry cleaner or you may have adware. your computer ran fine when you bought it right? unless you have added a ton of programs a running things in the background, its something else
