When did you take your first test and how long before you finally got the positive result?

I took one with my first, got a negative and tested once a week later and got a positive. My second son I tested on a monday, came back negative, had a blood test the same day, that came back negative, and on thursday got both a positive home test and blood test (that's weird the blood one didn't show up sooner)... this pregnancy I took it 1 day before I missed my period and it was positive. Like 6. First one I took was about a week before the positive result. I took alot of the First Response ones too, and some of them didn't even work! The one that finaly gave me a positive was just a regular Walgreens brand test.

I took my first test 3 days before my expected period and from that first test all the way through to the 5 others I took at home and the one at the doctors office I got a BFP!

I took my first test 2 days before my missed period and then two more tests after that. They were all positive.

I took a few before I got a positive, but also my body wasn't producing hormones like it should have been. I was 2 weeks late before one came up positive.

hiya, In my case I took 5-6 hpt before it came bk possitive even then the line was really faint and that was over a course of a wk now im 7 1/2 mths gone!!!
