If I press the power button on the computer and it doesnt turn on correctly. The first time I turned it on, I saw the initial POST screen. Then nothing. Now, I turn it on and the fans spin, the hard drive spins, and all seems well, but there is no display. Im thinking it might be the mobo, but I would like it not to be :).. I switched out the RAM and same result. I dont have a CPU to switch out either.

I have tested the monitor and it works fine.

Try reseating the 4 pin 12V ATX power connector. It is usually near the processor.

This is generally due to incompatible or faulty RAM. If you have a spare computer, try putting your RAM into that and loading it up.
Also ensure that it is firmly secured in it's slot.

It may also be the PSU. If your not able to test this hardware, it may be worth going to a shop where they have the required materials to do it.
