Ive never been able to tell them, they would just bang on about my health and money, I dont even ask them to my house incase i accidentally leave a lighter lying around, how sad is that!!?? I really think I should tell them now, how?

I am now 44 and until the day my mother died which was last year I did not smoke in front of her. If she came over to my house no matter how long she stayed I did not smoke. If your parents are non smokers and you go around them, they know you smoke. A non smoker can smell it for miles, lol.

Hahahahahaha!!!!!!! So am I and I am 27! It never gets any easier. I have just resigned myself to the fact that it is a secret that my parents will never know...and I am OK with that b/c it is not something that would make them happy. (Although, I do occassionally worry that my kids will tell them.) My son sometimes looks at me and smiles when my parents talk badly about smokers:) LOL!

just tell them~ your an adult. either that or quit
my brother in law is 30~ and his mom dosent even know he smokes lol

Trust me if they are non smokers they know. Your clothes will reek of smoke.
