I try to get between seven and a half and eight hour sleep a night. I used to be fine with just seven, but then started to feel exhausted all the time. I started going to bed a half hour earlier and feel much better in the mornings. Although I have to say, by Friday I'm pretty wiped out and can't wait to sleep in on Saturday. I usually get up at 6:30am everyday, but sleep until 8am on Saturdays and Sundays.

Usually 5-6 hours. If I sleep less, it's like a nap and I get worn out fast. If I sleep more, then I feel like I'm worn out from the minute I get out of bed, and the whole day seems wasted. But, everybody's different. My brother sleeps 9-10 hours a day, but he gets nothing done when he wakes up.

I would love to be able to sleep for 10 hours or more. But usually I get about 6 hours.

10 1/2 hours. no later. I will also not sleep past 9:00 am! I have things to do people to see.

I generally get about 4 hours a night. But about once a month or so I'll crash and burn and sleep for 10 or 11 hours straight! It works for me.
