First of all I'm surprised you had to ask that, but i will help you out any way. One famous landmark in France is the Eiffel Tower it is 899 Meters tall and 984 feet tall. It was built by Gustave Eiffel in 1889 and is 117 yrs. old. For some more info on the Eiffel Tower go to this link http://www.hartransom.org/Hart_Ransom/7_wonders/7wonders_finnegan/fast_facts_about_eiffel_tower.htm

Another famous landmark in France is the Arc de Triomphe, it was built by Napoleons Army in 1806 after the victory of Austerlitz, i don't know a whole lot about the Arc but you can probably find out more on Wikipedia its a very accurate and good source of info.

One more landmark is Notre Dame, it was started in 1163 i think and it was finished about 200 years ago, the King of France at the time didn't have enough money to finish it so it remained unfinished for a couple hundred years. You can also research this on Wikipedia.

Another one is The Louvre, It was the former home of King Louie the XI (also known as the Sun King) he later moved to the Chateaux Versailles in Lyon, France. It is know the home to the Mona Lisa by Da Vinci, and Venus de Milo.

Hope this helps!
