I am 5:2 and I feel way too tall! Everyone is shorter than me, at least it seems like it. I wanna look like my age and not 3 years older than I am. Some ppl say to embrace the tallness but I dont wanna!!!

How old are you?? 5'2'' is a pretty good height. Just remember if you are young, the people around you are still growing. They will grow up to be the same height as you or even taller. You are just growing faster than everyone else. Don't look at tall as being a bad thing. Being tall makes a person look slimmer. Also, most of the models are really tall. So take pride in your height and everything else will fall in place. In the meantime, don't wear heels and just be happy you have your height. =)

Depending on your age, you may just be in a growth spurt. Girls develop earlier and faster than boys do. In a couple years the shorter people you mentioned may just out-grow you.
I used to feel just like you when I was about 14 yrs old. Now I am 5'9" tall and have shorter friends who are jealous. Actually, there are many advantages to being tall. Sometimes we do not recognize the good things about our attributes until we are older.

horizontal stripes make you look shorter and vertical stripes make you look taller.
btw i agree with those other people in that you should embrace your height. i think it would be fun to be able to see over other people's head. Don't shorter people get made fun of more than tall people? But, really, people shouldn't judge you on your height, and if they do, just ignore them. you cant help the way your body is.

uhmm u want to be shorter?!? why? what does your "tallness" have to do with your age? being 5'2 have absolutely nothing to do with the way you look.....in middle school and high school i was the tallest girl...before i use to hunch over to make me not seem that tall cause i was conscious of it...now im 6'0 and proud of it....just be grateful with whats given to you

You're small .... I'm five foot nine and a half. But you and all your peers will grow. I know what it's like though, to be taller than all the boys you know, I was that way until I was 17 or so. Thankfully that all changed after that.
