sometimes I will scan over the avatars and see who needs it the most.
sometimes I will pick a favorite contact.

and sometimes i will give it to someone I would like to be friends with.

sometimes I give it to someone that I want to send a message to, and I know that they will see it in response to a best answer.

but then I try to never ask a yes or no question.

Great question, I have a very difficult time doing this since I get so many very nice people answering, you feel of them as personal friends and you think their feelings will be hurt if you do not choose them. I try to spread it around, even if it is just a ha ha from them.

I choose the person who said more than just yes or no or choose the first person who answered correcly. You can always make more comments to a yes or no answer.

lots of propel answer yes/no ? with a bit more explanation. Depending on the one with more info...then that's a good choose to go with. You can also take the easy way out and put to vote. Good luck.

You just go back to your question and click on on the buttons that says "Choose as Best Answer." :P

For a yes/no answer, I would choose someone who either made me laugh or made me think. You always get some answer that elaborate on themselves. :) Not that I ever do that, of course. :D

Very hectic!!!!!!!!!! particular, it got here approximately to me a year in the past with a former Yahoo identity. question: "Which comes first: chicken or egg?" My answer: "chicken (alphabetical order!)" yet another answerer used my same answer once I submitted it. His became into chosen maximum suitable answer. became out to be a team of two persons who had somewhat sport going the place she could pose a question; he could answer; and no count how inane (or insane) the respond, his could be chosen for the ten factors. An occasion -- she asked the question: "Who invented the 24 hour day?" He replied "Rolex proprietor", and she or he chosen that as maximum suitable answer.

Someone who added more info than yes or no or just the first answer that agreed with mine I guess. Something like that.
