take a hand towel and put it in hot water, but not hot enough that you can't touch it or hold the towel. then take it and put it on your cramping spot. it eases the muscles and helps a little.
midol is another answer, it really helps. except it has a lot of caffeine so be careful, don't take more that said on bottle (2).
you can also buy cramp therapy in the store if you wanted.

The best thing for cramps (having them now myself) is Ibuprofen, Aleve and very loose fitting clothes. Also it might be a good idea to cut back on the caffeine. It only makes the cramping and bloating worse. Avoid very cold beverages and try some warm green tea. It contains caffeine but it's not the same kind thats in coffee. Chamomille tea is also good. Another thing to relieve them would be to get some good exercise. A nice 30 minute walk will do wonders. Also limit or lose the salt intake.

A heating pad, hot water bottle, warm baths, warm herb packs, medicines like Pamprin. I also found that increasing my levels of iron during that time helped with cramping as well. To increase the iron levels during that time eat things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course).
If the cramps are so severe that it makes it hard to function I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

Having a long, hot, soapy bath can help with some relaxing oils. Try adding lavender to your bath. It helps you relax.
You can also try having a hot water bottle (wrapped in a towel) on your stomach. It may ache for a while but it will gradually get better.
Exercise can help, too - a 15 minute walk would do. It helps get your muscles working and helps reduce cramps.
I hope this helps you.. i hope you feel better soon. x

try putting heat on the cramping spot like use a heat pad.
you can also drink some hot soothing tea like chamomile. when you're truly truly in pain then you can take an advil or midol for the last resort.
