I'm going to assume that c means "cups". The steps go like this:

5.7 gal / hr * (16 cups / gal) : This makes the gallons cancel out. You can multiply by 16 cups / gal because 16 cups = 1 gallon, so you're just multiplying by 1.

So that gives you 91.2 c / hr

Multiply THAT by 1 hr/ 60 min to get 1.52 c / min

gal/h is gallons/.c/min is cups/minutes.
5 gallons is 5 hours. then you find out how many minutes are in an hour and how many cups are in a gallon
cups/minutes is 32cups/60minutes.

.7 = 25cups/39minutes
add:
25 39
+32 +60
------- --------
57 99 anwser:
57cups/99minutes

(5.7 gal/h)(4 qt/gal) = 22.8 qt/hr
(22.8 qt/hr)(2 pt/qt) = 45.6 pt/hr
(45.6 pt/hr)(2 c/pt) = 91.2 c/hr
(91.2 c/hr)(1 hr/60 min.) = 1.52 c/min.
