Hmmm ....
Someone -- the Special Someone that I started dating this summer -- he does want me to feel safe and comfortable in his presence -- and that is something that I cherish (for its rarity).
Something -- well, on cold winter nights -- My electric Mattress Pad! (Seriously -- nothing like getting into a pre-warmed bed!)
Food -- The real pleasure is a GREAT STEAK!
My comforting salvation is knowing that I am doing what I can to give back for the blessings in my life -- and the fact that I DO LIVE and BREATHE is only because I am blessed to PAY MY BILLS (for my abusive, violent, sociopathic ex that I divorced almost 2 decades ago once again Burglarized MY HOME in August 2006). God/Fate let me 'feel' something was wrong as I entered my driveway -- I locked the doors, I called the police, and yes, he DID come by (while I was in the Home with the Police Officer) in an effort to go burglarize my home for round 2 (unfortunately -- he drove by too fast -- and neither the officer nor I saw him do it).
I also thank God for this event -- because without having to go through the adversity of the Burglary (and experiencing the WORST in a relationship), I would NOT have been prepared to enjoy the NEW relationship with a Kind, Gentle, Caring and Loving Man -- whom I met this year!
