doesn't failure especially at that level denote major "screw up" ?
if so.. how come no one got egg on their face except the American, Iraq and Afghani peoples?
where is our commander and chief?
his supporters claim that we have not had an attack since, ..

VR... you are avoiding the question, Bill was gone long gone almost a year later and whammo... no no, George should have apologized to the world, and then he should have been shot out of a cannon into the abyss....

As far as I am concerned, Bush-Lite is batting zero for one on preventing attacks on US soil. Our Commander in Thief was asleep at the switch the first nine months of his Presidency and did nothing (did nothing? He did everything he could to allow it) to stop Arabic terrorists from destroying the WTC.

Some other fool mentioned the color coded Terror Threat Board, which no one even displays anymore. Does this mean there are no more terrorists or no more threat?

Had this all happened on Bill Clinton's watch, he would have been lynched on the lawn of the White House. Bush got a raise.

That would have been an admission by Bush that he had appointed the wrong people...he would never do something like that -- admit he had done something wrong, that is.

Condi Rice, as National Security Adviser should have been fired...instead she was rewarded for failure as was the head of the CIA, George Tennent, who got the Medal of Freedom.

An international study of the American automotive industry was done in the 1980s as Chrylser hung on the verge of collapse...

The study concluded that one of the reasons America's once-dominant industry was now eclipsed by Japan and German auto companies boiled down a simple philosophical difference in problem resolution.

Americans, the study found, resolved problems by placing blame on individuals within the organization. It was believed that, by isolating and removing these individuals the problems would be resolved and future mistakes would be discouraged.

Japanese and German automakers on the other hand analyzed problems from a systematic perspective, identifying root causes within their procedures and policies. This was not done to avoid the issue of blame...just the opposite, this philosophy places accountability on the organization as a whole. Placing blame on individuals, those companies believed, was simply a token act to make others in the company feel better about themselves.

yet changing diapers and making somewhat a lot of money are not biologically gendered features. All we are attempting to do is verify that neither lady nor guy is compelled right into a function.

9/11 was stopped by 3 different people.

The rest of us, you and me included, stopped the people who stopped 9/11 in its tracks.

We used political correctness to stop the flight school instructor, the FBI agent, and the actor from keeping 9/11 from ever happening.

It's worse now than ever. We are so stupid, that we are still letting the people who stopped the "Dry Run" act of terrorism, face civil lawsuits from the Imam terrorists who acted the way they did as part of a plan to get us back to the political correctness that scared people away from doing what their common sense had to be telling them was right when they had their chance to help one of those three people stop 9/11 from ever happening.
