Yeah just go for it. I moved out at 15 and it was the best thing I ever did.
You just need to make sure you dont get ripped off by your landlord. Ask some friend to go with you when you rent and dont be scared to ask stupid questions.
Dont pay anything without a receipt. Make sure you know whos gonna pay for damage. And for repairs, and the electric and everything else.
Don't let the landlord know your under-age.
If you need a job, take 2 or 3 part-time jobs so none of them know about the others. Don't let nosy people know your on your own or you'll end up being put into care by some idiot do-gooder who doesnt know the first thing about real life.
Its scary but just take it a step a time and you'll get through it.

Well would it be so bad living with your mom and her b-friend, can't you try it before making this big life alltering decision. I am sure if you move with her you can still keep your old friends and make some new ones. Living on your own at 15 will just creat stresses you do not need, there is enough time in your young life to be on your own. Most courts will not allow it unless you can sustain your self, At 15 going to school and working enough to sustain your self will be really hard

At your age it would be really hard to do it on your own. If the problems in your house are a threat to your safety and security then definitely try to find a way to get out of the situation. If that is the case try talking to an adult that you trust that can help you. To run away, or just go out on your own would create more difficulties for you that you very well may not be ready, or able to confront.

Legally you aren't allow to buy property or enter into a lot of contractual agreement until you are 18, at least without parental consent.
If you are serious about trying to get out of your situation, talk to your guidance counselor. They should have access to more resources that can help you. If you are in danger or a unhealthy environment, you should legally be able to get out. But if you just can't get along with your parents, running away is not the answer.

actually yes you can do it.try to look for a cheap house and ask the landlord if he will accept rent from a 15 yr old.or if not go live in another town with a relative or friend and pay them to feed you or something.also you can rent a room out of someones house and they let you live in it.theres options but you have to be sure because once ur out ur out and thats when everything could go great or turn you into a smoker, druggy, and have kids to early..i am gonna do the same thing...but you have to be strong.

It depends on the laws where you live. Why don't you call a local lawyer and tell him or her of your plight? In Massachusetts, the process is called "emancipation of minors."

Here is a link to the Cornell Law School page, "Laws of the Fifty States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico Governing the Emancipation of Minors." Good luck.

You legally can't sign a lease agreement. I doubt that you can earn enough money to pay rent..utilities..transportation, food, insurance just to give you an idea... I pay 300 per month for cable cellphone (texting, data) and internet services....
Most places require 1-2 months security deposite and it costs more money to get phone and electric, gas and water turned on.... oh yes and cable as well.

i reccomend you suck it up and do well inschool so that you can be prepared when you move out. It is there home so follow their rules and make yourself as successfull as possible .

I dont no if you can move out till you are 16. But please just talk to your family first.

Stay at home....trust me. I was out on my own and believe me it was not easy. First off, you are a minor...you can not get utilities or anything in your name unless there is a court order permitting you to be on your own. Get some counseling from your school or another trustworthy adult. Do not be ashamed of needing help....we all do sometimes. Let your counselor know what is going on and see what he/she says. Go from there first before you do anything drastic.
