Drive up into the carport, get out of my car, unlock the door and bend down to the happiest blue heeler in the world. Her tongue will wet, smudge, fog and love your glasses. She is always so happy to see me.

Assuming the glasses were clean when you put them on, you are probably absent-mindedly pushing them up over & over during the day. Often people have something in their hand and use the back of their hand to push glasses up, which almost guarantees they get smudged! Maybe try going back where you got them and see if they can adjust them so they don't slip, then you don't have to handle them, then they stay clean. Sometimes they get smudged on the inside from touching your cheeks or if your eyelashes are long enough to touch the lenses.

Cooking with open pots and pans. Frying french fries is a killer: glasses smudged, and you feel very dirty and... oily.
