How funny, I have the same thing happen. My husband and I always seem to be throwing each others loads back into the dryer because they don't feel dry enough. If this is the only problem you have then you are one lucky individual. Thanks for giving me something to smile about. I have had a bad day. Good luck to you.

As soon as the dryer goes off, check your laundry. Don't give it time to cool down. Damp is damp, whether wet or dry. Keep in mind that it is better for your clothes to hang them up slightly damp...you wear them out faster when you dry them completely, it is hard on the fabric.

I agree with you. Many times it is that they are still damp. I try to check the dryer as soon as it stops to get an idea if they are dry or not. Most times I add a few minutes to the load.

I just wait for the timer. If they are comming out damp maybe the heater is not working right.

Yeah, we vary in our opinion of "damp". If the laundry is cold...for example hanging on the line, I can't tell until it is back indoors. Also if you live in a humid climate.......are things ever dry???

When in doubt, either hang up immediately or let it dry longer.

best advice is just to rub the thickest part of the material between fingers to feel for dampness, try waist band or cuffs.

well... usually if its been sitting there in the drier for awhile it might be cold. If its really damp, then it probably is...soo... i usually just put more drying time, depending what im drying..

I have that problem too at times. I will dry them longer and on a cooler setting.
