there are no such things as bad numbers.. it is only what people project on them..
the reason in popculture why 69 is "bad" has to do with a sex position that probably can't be discussed on these "familly friendly" forums..
so when you are legally able to, google it and see what you get.

69, also known by its French name Soixante-neuf (sixty-nine), is a sexual activity. In this position, two people orient themselves such that each person's mouth is near the other's genitals, enabling them to perform simultaneous oral sex.
