Do you have anyone that you can honestly call your friend?

I have a few Y/A friends! You included!
I joined this not knowing that you could talk to others, I thought it was strictly answers and questons. I love that I can write to most users!
Sometimes you need friends who aren't always at your house or with you a lot. I love that I can be open and honest with my friends on Y/A! As you know I've talked to you about things that I still haven't told people around me.
I think a good yahoo friend is the same as a good friend in person. They talk to you, reply to questions and answers, etc.
They let you know that they are your friend even if it's just a simple "How are you doing?" e-mail!
I also agree that a good Y/A friend gives you answers, even if they know it's not what you want to hear.

I agree with sunset, you want answers from someone who won't totally agree with you. Or someone who doesnt have the same outlook as you do so you can see different sides of the arguement.
So a good Y!A "friend" would be someone who is intelligent enough to truely answer your questions instead of a funny answer hoping to grab attention. And someone who actually knows what they are talking about and won't just answer any odd question for the points

Yeah I can really call some of them friends. A good friend on here cares and occasionally e-mails or answers your questions.

I didnt believe friends on the net before BUT my friend got married pretty happily, i met a friend so...everything is possible, may do not try too hard will be an option?!

Yeah there is one whose a friend but they arent online much anymore, i miss them :( i guess they are a good friend if they are online lol

i have some that i can chat to and have a laugh with
there isnt many that i could call a friend but there are a small handful of them
