I love to watch the National Zoo's panda cams because watching the cute, roly-poly, playful pandas eat, play, fight, sleep, etc. always cheers me right up. They just enjoy life so *much*! (Of course they do; they have no work and a doting staff. Still... :-)

I love to watch other animals because they are funny, or cute, or magnificent, or exotic.

Animals are not human and so we are not used to their ways of doing things. human being are bound to be curious about the way they do things.
seeing them doing their things in their own primitive ways create some fun's for us. Again scientist are known to study extraordinary things to design extraordinary things. For example, they study how birds fly to design planes, the way fishes floats gives idea to boat, ships and even submarines. Do you know while some animals protect themselves, some are carnivorous. human beings are no different if well studied.if you don't watch or study animals, you wont know how best to make good use of them.e.g dogs, sea dogs, apes etc.

Their dynamics can be awe-inspiring.
You can truly appreciate their innocence and curiosity regarding the world around them.
Baby animals are especially fun, with their tumbling antics & their never-ending energy.
