I like the Valkyries because they're battle maidens and that's cool.

But since I'm not sure you can really define them as Gods, I'll go with Vidar. After Odin get's eating by Fenrir, Vidar will avenge his father by grabbing Fenrir's upper jaw, standing on his lower jaw while wearing a giant leather shoe and tearing the wolve's mouth apart. Plus, Vidar will actually survive Ragnarok.
