Should I buy this Xbox 360?!!??!?!?

I'm paying by pay-pal tonight and but it will take 7 days to clear, he said this is ok (he doesn't speak very good English). He says he will send the item when payment is cleared. Would you go ahead with this purchase? I don't know if I recieve any protection from pay pal.

I would be very cautious and check with paypal about their guarantees and if they protect you first!!
