I got one of those the other day. It is a scam.

They will tell you that you won something but you have to pay shipping costs. Then you find out that your prize gets lost in transit. And when you try to contact them again, you can't find them because they won't answer your follow-up e-mails.

No you just got a scammers e-mail don't bother replying.
