Ok I am looking to get an apartment tonight, but my credit is bad. 500 or so. I make about $3200 a month gross and the rent is 650. They told me they would know right away if I am approved or not. I just don't want to waste my money if I know I am not gonna get approved. The apartment complex is mckinnley and the deposit they want is $200, which is not a problem, but it is $50 to apply and I do not want to get turned down and loose $50. Please help

You have to understand many people rent because they cant qualify to purchase.

They dont expect perfect credit. They might have you give a higher deposit. But I wouldnt worry too much about it.

anywhere you go there will be a application/ credit check fee.... you are better off going to one of those apartment rental services, they run your credit check once, one fee and it is for as many apts as you want to apply for....
