I have a 2000 Pontiac Montana. The front right orange runner light has gone out and so has my left front fog light. Are these easy for me to replace? I am car part illiterate...Can I go to an automotive store and easily buy the two lights and then just install them or do I have to go through the hassle of going through a mechanic? Thanks!

just go to any auto parts store and ask them what bulbs you need, some of them will even replace them for you free.

Duce is right. But, if they don't the job is fairly simple, check the library for a Chilton's or Haynes service book on the car. Look up the light replace section and it will walk you through. If you feel insecure after reading, ask a friend. My bet is at least half of your friends would be more than happy to help.

One more thing. The book may not say anything about it but when you change the bulb, especially the fog light, don't touch the bulb with your bare hands. Most of these lights are very high intensity and even a finger print can shorten their life expectancy considerably.

Good luck.

Merry Christmas
