yes he is and im not dum, my brother saw him when he was about 5 and i was 2 and he told me this year. he saw him at about 12:00 pm on xmass eve and then santa saw him and just ran away. im telling the truth i believe my brother.

Santa Claus is real because he was already declared a saint. Therefore, if he is a saint, he can perform miracles such as giving gifts to a mass number of good children
