Currently my favourite is Gmail, due to expanding storage.

Actually, Yahoo has recently expanded it's free version storage to unlimited, so, it's unlimited. And free. I really like the new format, as well.

I prefer Yahoo! Mail. Sure GMail has expanding storage, but Yahoo! has UNLIMITED storage! Plus, I love the new interface for Yahoo! Mail.

gmail, thanks to its free large storage. yahoo charges for their unlimited storage, and honestly, no one using webmail is going to require more storage than what gmail is offering.
gmail also has free POP/SMTP support, so you can use it with Outlook, Thunderbird, Evolution, etc....
