Your question is complicated. Do you recommend marrying the widowed sister of the guy ? if it incredibly is so, then that's no longer allowed as that's incest, how can the guy marry his very own sister eventhough she is a widow.

if you two have kids you children from your previous marriage would be bro/sis and cousins in one... that is wrong!

if it were twins you could just say you couldnt tell them apart and thought you burried your wifes sister
