Those are some pretty basic questions. If you are not understanding these you really need to get with your teacher to get some additional help. There's no shame in asking for help.
On the other hand, if you simply aren't sure what the "correct" answer is - it doesn't matter. You can say that you like either coffee or tea. You can say that your class starts at 9:00 or 3:20. It doesn't matter. What is important is the sentence structure, verb form, etc. of your reply.

Second: You understand the professor ?
Third: Want to go to the theatre tomorrow?
Fourth: do you prefer coffee or tea?
fifth: What are you doing now?
I like and know spanish.
