December 6 in Nashville and the order goes from worst record to best record when selecting.

It's tomorrow (December 6). It goes in order of team records, from worst to best. The Devil Rays are first, then the Pirates; I'm not sure who's after that, because I'm not sure how they determine the order when there's a time.
