Randy Savage. Bob Orton's son doesn't come close. Savage is one of the best WWF heels ever.
I don't understand why people think of Orton as talented, personally.

Orton has good technique and a better wrestler but Macho Man Randy Savage was a legend, he looked like he belonged to WWF. thats right WWF.

randy savage is a classic and will always be a great and a class act. But as far as wrestling skill goes I think Orton is better.
