I saw the movie last night. I thought I was TERRIBLE. I'm not sure what you mean by philisophical issues, but I will try anyways.

1. The crazy killer would ask his victims to call heads or tails and base on weather they one or not he would kill or not kill them. At the end of the movie, this one girl refused to call it. She did not feel like she should have to "call her life". SInce she did not call it, he killed her.

2. There is this scene where a guy is being chased all around town by the crazy killer. The crazy killer is chasing him because he has a briefcase with lots of money in it that belongs to someone else. Eventually, the normal guy finds out that there is a tracking device in the briefcase and then he takes it out and leaves it in the room to confuse the crazy killer.

3. There is another scene where the crazy killer was hit by a car due to driving through on-coming traffic. He manages to get out of the car and on to the curb. Then, two younger boys come up to him on his bike and make sure he is okay. The boys also inform the crazy killer that the cops are on the way to help. He panics and then figures out that he needs to cover up his wound and get out of there. So, he offers the boy $100.00 to give him the shirt off his back. He does and then the crazy killer gets away and, of course, the movie ends there with the crazy killer getting away.
