Depends on if you could 40 weeks being 9 months or 10 months. Since 40 weeks is ACTUALLY 10 months 50/50 people count it differently.
I use baby gaga tickers. And if you pick the rainbow one (not blue/pink/or black an white) you'll notice the colors are broke down into 3 sections or aka 3 trimesters. It's easy if you have that to know what month your in always (they use a 9 month ticker). First box is month 1, 2nd box is month 2, 3rd box is month 3, etc. www.babygaga.com tickers.
Week 12 and/or 13 is the start of the 3rd month. (Depending on how you view it) ALSO it is the start of the 2nd trimester!!!!

There are 10 Lunar months in pregnancy ( a lunar month is 4 weeks) so you are 3 months and 5 days pregnant...
