I have never used them, but assuming you mean OptionsXpress the general opinion I have seen from other options traders is:

(1) If you want the best commissions, use Interactive Brokers instead.

(2) If you want more assistance with options positions, use Think Or Swim instead.

(3) If you want the best mixture of low commissions and assistance, OptionsXpress is a good choice.

If you are talking about primarily trading stocks instead of options, I have not heard enough from others to pass on an opinion.

I've read their material, they seem pretty good. Trade execution is my only gray point and that's rather key.
