in the U.S, does 3 bodyguards have the right(s) to physically defend their client who is being tazered by a police officer?

If the police don't have a reason to be tazering him, then yes. But if he commited a crime or is disturbing the peace, then no they cannot defend him without being charged with assault on a police officer.

Really, in the best interest of everyone...they shouldn't go near a situation like that. Obviously, IF the police officer wasn't justified in using the tazer, the bodygaurd's client has the right to demand the incident be investigated and to sue accordingly. But, chances are...the "client" was doing something to cause the police to feel a need to subdue him...therefore any interference with that...would get the bodygaurd in whole world of trouble.
Even IF the officers involved were wrong...it IS NOT the bodygaurd's place to make that call. And I am SURE any judge or jury would agree.

No they do not...the police are empowered by the state to enforce laws and given the power to arrest...any interference would result in being charged with obstruction of justice....the bodyguards have no authority to intervene

No. The police are above security guards. When the police step in... everyone needs to comply.

Sure. Then they would have the right to be shot by the police officer's backup.
