The movies like Pretty in Pink (the dress she made), Mod Girl, Dynasty, Madonna are all very good examples from the 1980's.

UGH! The 80s by far!
The big hair, jelly shoes, neon, stone wash, sideways ponytails, slouch socks, huge shoulder pads and the WHITE RAIN hair spray.

Actually. if the persons from the 50's were to be alive now, they would be asking 'What are they wearing?' or 'Why is their hair like that?'
