I'm afraid sometimes.
But then again, I still can't watch Evil Dead or The Shining and I'm a grown woman :)

Sigy, (and Rio) I hope you hold onto that enthusiasm. I lost mine years ago.

I have no reason to fear Rio, As I have a right to my opinions, She has a right to hers.

There are a number of male posters on these boards who appear to have feminists in their anxiety closets. It's ironic that they don't realize how much power that gives us over them. The men who aren't threatened by feminism or who just don't care aren't here trolling on these boards.

I look at it this way:

If someone is afraid of me because of my views, then s/he must be one of the following:

a rapist
a pedophile
an abusive husband
the doting mother of said husband
a bitter divorced male who likes to pout
a married man with at least one mistress
raised by Archie Bunker
or have a really tiny penis

Cheers!

Some men with issues with women...in the deep dark recesses of their nightmares.
Signs include rocking back and forth...and muttering under one's breath (I do believe in spooks...I do, I do, I do believe in spooks).

AAH! (hides under blanket)

Just kidding. You're the medium-sized sweetie-pie feminist.

But, yes, it does seem that some men (and women) fear feminism for whatever reason. Someday they'll learn . . .
