Oil Eaters. It comes in a spray bottle and is available just about anywhere. It's awesome and it WILL clean every speck of it off with ease!

The best thing I have found is a bottle called "mean green" degreaser. I found mine at a Family Dollar store. There is a gallon jug for $5 and a spray bottle for $2. It doesn't ruin the paint or tiles behind my stove.

I use Fantastic and hot water and one of those green pads . I find that it cleans pretty good! But if I were you I would consider putting ceramic tiles at the back and the side of the stove, it's easier to keep clean .
